# Roadmap and coming soon

**What this is:** what is not open yet and what we plan to add.
**Who it is for:** anyone who wants to know what to rely on today.
**You will learn:** which things are limited now and which are planned.

!!! note "How to read this page"
This is a plan, not a promise of dates. A feature is listed here only if it is not fully available or not fully proven yet. Everything else in these docs works as described.

## Not open to everyone yet

| Item | State |
|---|---|
| Self-serve sign-up | Built, and switched on per deployment by Bill and Ben as an open trial or a waitlist. Where it is not switched on, your Bill and Ben contact opens your company space |
| Teams app store listing | Coming soon (planned). For now you install an app package from the console |
| Paid plans with a live payment account | Built and in testing. Not yet proven with live payments |
| Company deletion notice by email | Planned. Today a deletion is recorded in the audit log only |

## Still being proven

These features are built. We are still collecting end-to-end evidence on live systems before we call them proven.

- Teams chat and meetings with a live Microsoft 365 account.
- Meeting summaries and the knowledge base copy.
- Helmora board at production load.
- Connecting your own AI app: each app page says what has been confirmed.
- Pull request review in Azure DevOps.

## Planned assurance

| Item | State |
|---|---|
| Independent penetration test | Planned |
| Load test | Planned |
| SOC 2 work | Planned. We make no SOC 2 claim today |
| Status page and uptime monitoring | Planned |

## Known gaps in the AI notice

- Machine-readable marking of synthetic speech is not done yet.
- Live voice outside Teams meetings shows no AI notice yet.
- The default notice text is in English only.

## Known gaps in meetings

- Removing one person's audio and transcript from a recorded meeting on request is not possible yet. Such a request is refused with an explanation.
- Unattended tasks cannot use tools that change things, because approvals still apply.
