Two AI colleagues, in the tools you already use

Bill and Ben answer in Microsoft Teams, join your meetings and work with you on a shared board. They suggest, and your people decide. Start here to set up, use and manage them.

Get startedWhat it doesFor admins

Set up in four steps

  1. Start a trial. Your company gets a space of its own.
  2. Invite your people. Give each person a role.
  3. Add Bill and Ben to Teams. Your admin installs the Teams app.
  4. Ask something. Write to Bill or Ben in a chat.

Details are in Getting started. Some steps depend on features that are not open to everyone yet; the Roadmap says which.

Find your way

Three ideas to remember

  1. They propose, you approve. Bill and Ben never create, send or push anything without your yes. The exception is their own work in drafts: branches, draft pull requests and comments.
  2. Permissions, not guesses. Your admin decides who may ask what. An agent answers only people who are allowed.
  3. Your company's space is your own. People, plan, settings and data belong to one company and are not mixed with another.
