What Bill & Ben does

What this is: a plain description of the product. Who it is for: anyone who wants to know what they are getting. You will learn: who Bill and Ben are, where they work, and what they will not do.

Bill & Ben is a platform where AI agents work for your company. It is sold to companies, and every person who uses it is invited by their company's admin.

Two agents

Agent Works on
Bill Product, commercial and marketing work
Ben Engineering work: code review, branches and draft pull requests

Both introduce themselves as AI before their first answer. In meetings their name ends with "(AI)".

Where they work

Where What you can do
Microsoft Teams chat Ask questions, hand over tasks, get answers in the chat. Teams chat
Teams meetings Invite an agent, speak to it by name, get a summary and tasks afterwards. Meetings

How they behave

  • They propose, you approve. Nothing is created, sent or pushed without a yes or an approval card. Ben's own branches, draft pull requests and comments are the exception.
  • They answer only people who are allowed. Your admin sets who may ask or command an agent. See Permissions and roles.
  • They tell you they are AI. In chats and in meetings.
  • Everything important is logged. Admins can read and export the audit log.

What they will not do

  • Act for someone who has not been invited and linked to your company.
  • Approve their own plans. Only a person accepts or runs a plan on a board.
  • Record a meeting without saying so. They announce that the meeting is transcribed.
